Article Six - Continuity of Service of Trustees and Officers

Section 1. Each Trustee, each member of each Committee of the Board of Trustees and each officer of the Corporation in office at the time of the designation of his/her successor shall continue to serve until his/her successor has been chosen and accepted the office unless the Board of Trustees shall determine otherwise.
