Memorandum 15 - Printing and Publication Guidelines
[THIS POLICY IS OBSOLETE AND IS BEING UPDATED]
Purpose
This policy attempts to create consistently high quality, cost-effective printing and publications in a timely manner to meet the University’s printing requirements.

All requests for printed material must be submitted to the University's contracted provider of printing services (currently L. Brown and Sons, Printing) for a cost estimate prior to engaging other printing services. Should alternative printing services prove more cost effective, they may be used.

Each operating department is responsible for assuring that printing requirements are contracted within the guidelines of this policy.
