Farewell to Vice President Snow
Please join us in congratulating Dr. Fred Snow on his appointment as president of Ottawa University in Ottawa, Kansas!
Fred has been with Norwich University since 1996. Originally a member of the faculty, he has been a powerful innovative force in the Norwich administration, serving, among other things, as the founding dean of the online graduate programs (now the School of Graduate Studies). In his role as Vice President for Strategic Initiatives, he oversaw the branding campaign, which entailed the design and implementation of the University's new logo, website design, advertising campaign, and the recreation of the public affairs office as the Office of Communications. He has been a valuable and inspirational component of the Norwich University administration, and his unwavering commitment to the University will be missed.
"I am humbled that they have asked me to lead them, and I am excited about our opportunities," Snow said of his new appointment.
"Ottawa University will find in Fred Snow a committed, enthusiastic and forward-thinking president, capable of taking their institution to a new level of excellence," said President Schneider. "We wish him all the best in his new role."
