Slater appointed Reunion Gift Officer
In this new role, Slater will be putting to use his extensive experience as a Norwich Alumni volunteer. "Our alumni are connected to Norwich in many ways," said Slater, who for eight years served as the President of the Norwich Club of Atlanta. "Having been on both sides of the dugout, I now see my job as that of third base coach, guiding and identifying class supporters and volunteers." Slater feels that coordinating the efforts of reunion gift committees will allow classes to plan three and four years in advance for their reunion fundraising objectives. Slater couldn't be more thrilled with his new position. "I hope to successfully build a volunteer network within each reunion class, so that both they and Norwich are winners."
