Instructions

For those forms which are in Word format (.doc) or Excel format (.xls), you may:

  • Left click on a form title,
  • Fill out the form,
  • Save it to your hard drive, and then
  • Email the saved document to HR at nuhr@norwich.edu

Or, if you prefer, you may simply save the document to your hard drive and work from there.

For those forms which are in portable document format (.pdf), you should click on the form title, print out the form, complete it by hand, and send it to the Human Resources Office via intracampus mail.
