On
Nov. 1, the Norwich University Career Development Center and the
Department of Engineering hosted the first Engineering and Computer
Science Career Fair, which was held in Milano Ballroom. Because
of the strong turnout, plans are underway to make this an annual
event the first Wednesday of November each year.
Approximately 145 students had the opportunity to discuss career goals and summer internships with 16 companies from various geographic locations. The Career Fair was preceded by tours of the Engineering Department and a luncheon hosted by professors and staff from the Career Development Center. (Lessard photos) |
