Norwich Guidon staff members
announced for 2001-02 school year

New and returning staff members for The Norwich Guidon, Norwich's official student newspaper, were announced by the faculty advisor.

"We are very pleased with the caliber of students who are working with us on the newspaper," said Executive Editor and Professor of Communications Ken Bush. "Each year, the students who work on the newspaper get better and better."

Returning as managing editor is Amanda Tracy, who has served in that position for the past year.

"I'm very pleased to be working with a staff that has always been an exceptional group of people," Tracy said. "Their commitment to a quality product makes my job easier."

Staff members for the coming year are:

• Amanda Tracy, managing editor;
• William Knox, campus editor;
• Jessica Dunkel, asst. campus editor;
• Elizabeth Kennedy, off-campus editor;
• Anthony Shiepko, asst. off-campus editor;
• Dave Neely, photo editor;
• Heather Allisot, asst. photo editor;
• Ronnel Daniels, sports editor;
• Jakob Hosmer, asst. sports editor;
• Lisa Dufresne, entertainment editor;
• Maggie Denison, business manager and advertising manager.

Bush emphasized that staff members become very well versed in all operations of the newspaper, from reporting and editing to electronic pagination, the method by which the paper is produced.
