As We See It  (editorial)

Each student hopefully begins a new year with fresh ideas, greater expectations, and a positive outlook. This year has thrown quite a few punches at everyone's sense of the world.

The tragedies of September 11 have shown us that the life is full of unexpected changes and is meant to be lived to the fullest. Faculty or staff, cadet or civilian student, Norwich is a place to challenge ourselves daily and meet each new hurdle with enthusiasm.

We should follow the example the world, and in turn, we, have set for ourselves. When the going gets tough, the tough get going. Norwich is no different. Our motto, "Essayons," speaks for itself.
