Winners

Winners are everyday heroes.
Winners take their dreams seriously.
Winners never give up and won't let you give up either.
Winners have attitude.
Winners care in their sleep.
Winners make bad things happen a little at a time.
Winners go with the flow.
Winners see the beginning in every ending.
Winners expect the best.
Winners inspire the best in others.
Winners are the richest people in the world when it comes to experience, laughter, and love.

Congratulations not only on the Norwich University Men's Cross Country 2000 GNAC Championship, but on the way they did it. It was extremely nice to watch how well they performed under the pressure of defending the Conference Championship from last year. The way the team leaders got everything done in a cool and organized way was a pleasure to see. As I watched the race unfold, it was easy to see that each and every member of the Norwich team gave everything that they had to make it a true team victory.

As the President of Norwich University you have played a big part not only on how this team performs on the course but also off, for that I say to you, Thank you and a "Job well done." Norwich University should be extremely proud of not only what these young men have accomplished but how they have done it. They are not only athletes but gentlemen and sportsmen. To say they have tried would be an understatement.

Thank you for all you do.
