Norwich University

Chat live with a reference librarian during certain hours each week. If the librarian is not online, leave a message with your contact information or e-mail us at refdesk@norwich.edu.

The Reference Librarians are here to answer your research questions and to help you become a more effective researcher.

There are four ways to contact the Reference Desk:

The Reference Desk is located near the center of the main floor of the Kreitzberg Library. Reference Librarians at the Reference Desk provide guidance and instruction in the use of the Library and its resources. Telephone service at the Reference Desk provides quick information (directional and ready reference). Please don’t hesitate to consult a librarian for any library or information related question.

If a Reference Librarian is not available at the Reference Desk ask for assistance at the Circulation Desk.
