The Norwich University School of Architecture and Art is comprised of faculty teaching in Architecture, Art History, and Studio Art. The Head of the School of Architecture and Art is Professor Art Schaller.
Degree programs within the School of Architecture and Art include a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies (pre-professional track) and a Master of Architecture (NAAB-accredited). Minors are offered in both Architecture and Art.
The curriculum of the Architecture Program reflects the University’s ideals, to develop citizens with integrity, conviction, and self-respect, educated and motivated to be leaders in service to the community. Within the program, experiential learning goes beyond merely developing skills. Reflection is half of this kind of learning process. We are concerned with all the dimensions of making and meaning.
